QUESTION 1: WHERE IS MY ORDER?
All of my ebooks and audiobooks are delivered via email from my distributor, Bookfunnel. The email will be sent as soon as the purchase is completed (please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your regular email). You can find the books that you purchased by visiting www.bookfunnel.com/help and using your email as your login name.
QUESTION 2: CAN I READ ON MY E-READER?
Bookfunnel allows you to send your ebooks to your preferred e-reader or app via email. It is a fairly simple process. I promise. If you have any issues, you can reach out to Bookfunnel at firstname.lastname@example.org and they are ready and willing to assist you. Seriously, they have awesome support!
For audiobooks, the best way to enjoy them is to listen directly through the Bookfunnel app. At this time, I do not allow direct downloads of my audiobooks as this makes them easier to pirate. The Bookfunnel app is user friendly and free.
QUESTION 3: IS THERE A SPECIFIC READING ORDER?
Currently, I have one series that is mean to be read in order and I have other series that are interconnected standalone books. The series that I suggest you read in order includes:

Joseph Loves Juliette
QUESTION 4: CAN I RETURN MY BOOKS?
Since most of my books are digital products, which are immediately emailed to you, I cannot get them back. Therefore, I do not offer returns on ebooks or audiobooks. All sales are final. Thank you for understanding.
QUESTION 5: THE CODES HAVE EXPIRED
Once Bookfunnel sends the codes for your book download, you have 14 days before the codes expire. BUT don't worry, you own the books forever. If you miss the download period, you can either reach out to Bookfunnel at email@example.com to request new codes or you can go to www.bookfunnel.com/help and use your email as your login. There you will find all the books you have purchased under that email.
